Located next to Whitehorse County Park and the scenic Rogue River, our quiet five-acre property is home to 41 spacious RV sites—perfect for retirees, remote workers, and anyone seeking a stable, budget-friendly lifestyle in the heart of the Rogue Valley.

Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome! We ask that you keep pets leashed at all times (except in the fenced dog area) and clean up after them.
Aggressive behavior or excessive noise may result in management review. -
We currently require all RVs to be fully self-contained. While there is a shared bathroom building, it may be closed for repairs or upgrades. Each tenant must have their own facilities.
