Fees & Application Details

  • Monthly Rent: $550

  • Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent

  • Application Fee: $60 (non-refundable)

  • Lease: Month-to-month

  • Minimum Stay: One month

Whitehorse RV Village is a long-term community. We do not offer nightly or short-term stays.

  • Contact our property management office to discuss availability, visit the park, then pick up an application. Applications are managed by Jorna Taylor Property Management. There is a $60 application fee.

  • No. Whitehorse RV Village is exclusively for long-term, monthly residents.
