Park Rules & Policies
The following is a summary of key rules and policies at Whitehorse RV Village. This list is not all-inclusive and is provided for general reference only. Please contact us to review the full lease and complete set of park rules.
We’re proud to offer a peaceful, community-oriented space for long-term RV living in Grants Pass. To help ensure everyone enjoys a clean and respectful environment, here are a few important guidelines for Whitehorse RV Village residents:
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is observed between 10 PM and 8 AM daily.
Please avoid loud music, generators, or other disruptive noise during these hours. Residents are responsible for ensuring their guests comply as well.
Vehicles
A maximum of 2 personal vehicles per site is allowed.
All vehicles must be operational, licensed, and fit within your space.
Guest parking is available, but overnight guest parking is not permitted.
Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and recreational vehicles may not be stored without written approval from management.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but must be on leash when outside your RV (except in the dog park).
Owners must clean up pet waste immediately.
Aggressive behavior or excessive barking may result in a violation notice or eviction.
Prohibited Activities
Open flames, fire pits, or fireworks are not allowed.
No vehicle repairs may be performed in the park.
Belligerent behavior, intoxication, or conduct that disturbs other residents will not be tolerated.
For safety, no riding bikes, skateboards, or toys in the roadways.
Site Maintenance
Residents must keep their site clean, uncluttered, and free of debris or animal waste.
Permitted outdoor items include:
Up to 2 potted plants (5-gallon max, with trays),
2 outdoor chairs or loungers,
1 BBQ grill and two 5-gallon propane tanks,
1 ladder stored neatly under or attached to your RV,
A porch up to 4' x 5' with approved steps or ramp (no walls or roof).
No tarps, outdoor storage, or items stored underneath RVs.
Facilities & Utilities
All RVs must be owner-occupied and in safe, livable condition.
RVs must be fully self-contained, including a functioning kitchen and bathroom.
Water, sewer, and garbage are included in rent.
Electricity is individually metered and paid by the tenant.
On-site laundry is available
No RV or vehicle washing is permitted.
Occupancy & Conduct
Maximum of 4 residents per site.
All residents must be listed on the lease; no subleasing or unauthorized guests.
Respect your neighbors’ space—no trespassing, and toys or personal items should not be left in shared areas.
Disputes between tenants should be reported to management for documentation and resolution.
Payment & Termination
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 10th.
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required before move-in.
Tenants must provide 30 days' written notice prior to moving out.
Management may issue a violation or terminate tenancy with proper notice if rules are not followed.
If a tenant vacates without notice, they may be responsible for an additional 30 days’ rent.
